These terms apply to this website and to the text messages Sanctum Homes Inc. ("Sanctum Homes", "we", "us") sends. By using the website or agreeing to receive our texts, you accept them.
The information on this website
The models, floor plans, specifications, photos and prices on this website are for general information. Homes are built by Supreme Homes, and their designs, features, options and prices can change without notice. Photos and drawings may show options or finishes that aren't included in a base home.
Quotes and estimates
A quote or estimate is our best price for what it describes, based on the information we have at the time. It isn't a binding offer. Your price and what's included are set only by an Agreement of Purchase and Sale signed by you and by Sanctum Homes. Allowances, site conditions and changes you choose can change the final price, as your agreement explains.
Text messages
What they are: Sanctum Homes texts clients and people who have asked us for a quote about their home: for example a link to their estimate or documents, a question about their project, schedule updates, and replies to their messages. We don't send marketing texts.
How you agree to them: by ticking the box to receive texts when you ask for a quote on this website, or by telling us that we may text you. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying a home from us.
- Message frequency varies with your project.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. We'll send one text to confirm, and then no more unless you agree again.

- Mobile carriers aren't responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your phone number is explained in our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your mobile number or text message consent with anyone for their marketing.
Using this website
The words, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to Sanctum Homes or to those who let us use them, such as Supreme Homes. Please don't copy them for commercial use without permission. Links to other websites are for your convenience; we aren't responsible for their content.
Limits on our responsibility
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be complete, current or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from relying on the website's general information. Your agreement with us sets out our responsibilities for your home.
